Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

​Because all design services are customized and delivered digitally, all sales are final once work has begun or design materials have been shared. This includes any concept boards, floor plans, or sourced product lists.

If you need to cancel before your design work has started, you may request a partial refund, minus a non-refundable design retainer (25% of the package price) to cover time reserved and administrative preparation.

Due to the nature of digital downloads (templates, guides, mood boards, etc.), refunds are not available once files have been delivered or downloaded.

​

Once your virtual design work has started, refunds are not available. However, I aim to ensure every client feels supported and satisfied through clear communication and transparent expectations.

Revisions & Adjustments

Revisions are included as outlined in your selected design package. Additional revisions or changes requested outside the original project scope may incur an additional fee, quoted in advance.

Refund Policy Process

To request a cancellation or refund (if eligible), please email
monique@studio-morales.com with:

  • Your full name

  • The package purchased

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for your request

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
